Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your flannel items and place them back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Relax

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS or UPS location; once received at our workshop, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
